Terms and Conditions

Beautifully Made Library aims to provide Christian artists a platform to share their biblically inspired art works with the body of Christ. Interested users may apply to use the images for the purpose of presentations, talks or sermons. Interested artist may apply to register their artworks images to be featured in the library. Subjects to the terms and conditions below

For application of usage:

1) User may apply for usage of art works by filling up information in the form that includes: Name of user, date and location of use and title of presentation/sermons

2) Permission must be received before you proceed to use the image. Usage is free of charge strictly for purposes of messages/ teaching /sermons that are given without charge.

3) In accordance with current copyright regulations, users must credit the Artist/copyright owner in the same place during presentation/sermons where the image is used.

4) Video or audio clip of presentation/sermons to be given FOC as exchange, if available.

5) Use of artwork is for digital use only as described by the user and as agreed to by the Artist. Strictly no reproduction in any form and no sale of the artwork in any form is allowed.

6) Alteration to image in any way are prohibited. User has to retain the original aspect ratio, use whole image and not in part only and refrain from adding/subtracting from image.

7) Images are copyright of the artist and not for any other use that is not mentioned here, unless permission is given in writing by the copyright owner.

8) Beautifully Made will take necessary precautions but shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any discord arising from any usage including those listed above.

9) Beautifully Made reserves the right to refuse permission for use without the need for explanation.

For registration of art work in library:

1) Artist may register their artwork images (minimum resolution 300 dpi ) to be featured on this platform by filling up the registration form:

Information required in the registration form include:

- Artwork Title in English and/or Chinese

- Medium and size of each artwork

- Description / inspiration of works and corresponding bible verses in English and/or Chinese

3) The form is also a written consent for artwork images to be added to Beautifully Made’s online artwork resource library for complimentary use by Christian ministries, churches and related platforms, with credit lines to the artist, and in line with Singapore copyright regulations. Terms & conditions apply.

4) To note that watermark will be applied on the image. Placement and presentation is at the discretion of Beautifully Made.

5) Beautifully Made will take necessary precaution measures but shall not be hold responsible and/or liable for any discord arising from any usage including those listed above.

6) Beautifully Made team will meet periodically to review submissions by artists and revert with the decision within 2 weeks from date of submission.

7) Submission of artwork images give consent to publish the image on Beautifully Made website for the usage as in the Terms and Conditions.

8) For withdrawal of submitted/registered artwork images, should write in to beautifullymadesingapore@gmail.com. The team will reply once the image has been withdrawn.
